All 55.000 Fusion-Festival-tickets are not sold directly. The price is the same as last year: EUR 70,- + EUR 10,- waste deposit + EUR 4,- mailing (in case your bank charges us some fees, +EUR 5,- fixed rate for transferrals from abroad.)
Fusionists, who want to buy a ticket, have to register exclusively on the Fusion website from 01.12. – 14.12.2011. With this registration it is no claim on a purchase for a ticket created.
On December 18th 2011 the purchase options for all 55.000 tickets are raffled off amongst all registered persons. Subsequent to the “lottery” all winners can buy one ticket in each case. The tickets will be sent in certified mail in middle of May 2012. Tickets that have not been paid and cancellations will be drawn in a second lottery – the “bingo” on 15.04.2012 – among all “losers” of the first round.
You can register once for both lotteries between 01.12.2011 and 14.12.2011. This registration is exclusively for your proper name and just for one ticket. Multiple registration and aware misrepresentation will lead to disqualification without any comment.
To avoid that couples, crews and families are torn apart –with your registration you can create cliques with the persons you wish to come to Fusion 2012, your partners, your families or whoever you like. In the lottery wins either the whole clique or no one. You’ll find more details on that in point number 8.
Bargain with Fusion Festival tickets through speculators is neither in your nor in our interest. That’s why this year’s tickets are personalized, that means that they are attributed by name. The tickets are only available at the entrance to the festival for the person whose name is printed on the ticket. The keeper of a ticket has to identify him- or herself at the festival’s entrance.
The transfer of a ticket to another person is only possible with our permission. There you can get details of your processing status and change your address by yourself.
The practice of building cliques will be organized as follows: Person A, called Paul, creates a group and refers is “Rocketflyer1”. He tells is girlfriend Katrin who wants to come with him to Fusion festival 2012 that she’s due to name that group-name when she registers. Now she receives the information that she and Paul establish the group “Rocketflyer1”. Paul himself receives the information that Katrin joined the group. So far so good – they are one clique now. They will come both tu fusion festival - or stay both at home.
Of course it is possible that more than 2 persons could join the group. The maximum dimension of one clique is limited on 15 persons. Paul, the founder of the group, has the possibility to decline people who want to join. That one who has been declined of one clique cannot join another clique but he or she will automatically partake solo in the lottery. The creation of a clique is just once – while registration – possible.
Cliques do win always winn together or loose together. This practice does not guarantee a chance of 100% for a ticket but at least it is the maximum of equivalent opportunities to get a ticket.
