In the middle of March 2012 will draw lots for the Ticketbingo.

Up to April 1st 2012 you can make changes of your address and personal data in your account.

Between April 30th and – May 2nd 2012 the tickets will be sent in 3 echelons.

On May 2nd the ticket-market starts on our website.

On June 15th 2012 the shipping of assignment-stickers ends. Every assignment afterwards will be solved at the “embassy” at the festival-ground.

On June 28th we open the doors for the Fusion no. 16!

Account

change of personal data or change of addresses

In your confirmation mail for the ticket-bargain you can find the link to your ticket-account. You can have a look in your status or you could change your address and your personal data up to April 1st there. Of course name and e-mail address are not changeable. You need that e-mail address and password that you have applied when you accepted the bargain.

If your e-mail address or your name changes (in case of mixing up first and last name or marriage or adoption), please turn yourself directly to us: tickets@fusion-festival.de

If you have forgotten your password, you can find below the aforementioned link the option “forgot password”. With your eMail address we can safely navigate you to your ticket-account!

Lump-sum from abroad

In the past years we often had a lot of problems with money transfers from abroad. Until the right amount was transferred, money often had to be remitted several times, because on its way every bank made a lot of profit. The exact amount that had to be charged at extra cost rarely could be projected by any bank. For which reason fusionists barely could remit the correct amount – in short it always has been quite shitty… Therefor we did decide already last year to charge a lump-sum from abroad. That worked really well and that’s why we keep this up. This lump-sum accounts 5,- € and does spare some of you (and us) a lot of trouble!

Problem Cases

Beneath several 10.000 orders there’s always some kind of special case, some drama, some unpredictable sequence contretemps. If this regards the tickets, the ticketing-crew will care about!

At the festival you can solve your newly originated ticket-problems at the embassy (at the festival-entrance).

Sunday tickets

We do limit the capacity of guests; because we do not want that they feel queasy staying on each other’s toes. But we know from experience that the festival ground depletes on festivals Sundays, because some first guests set out for going home although the program is running in full swing until Monday. That is the moment, when we want to give the possibility to those who did not get a ticket either in the lottery or in the bingo, to celebrate with us for a couple of hours. The Sunday tickets can only be bought on the ground.

cancellation

This year, cancellations are not possible anymore. You can assign your ticket. Details for that can be found below the point “assignment”.

Ticket bingo

… is the raffle of buying options of unconfirmed and unpaid Fusion Festival tickets. It is NOT a lottery of free tickets!

Everyone who registered between 1st and 14th of December 2011 and who has lost in the raffle of buying options on December, 18th 2011 but applied his or her attendance in the ticket-bingo will take part.

The price for these tickets is 70,-€ plus 10,-€ waste deposit and eventually 4,- € shipping.

 The second raffle/ Ticketbingo will take place in the middle of March. After that you will receive an eMail if you´ve won or not. Please keep an eye on your eMail-account and spam folder at this time. You can pay the tickets with a bank transfer within 14 days (A ticket costs 70,- € + 10,- € garbage refund and 4,- € shipping. For transfers from abroad we charge a fee of 5,- € = 89 Euro). To avoid transfer fees you can also wait till we send you a PDF document with which you can pay on-site at the entrance of the Festival.

Assignment

As you can read in the terms and conditions to the fusion-festival, from May 2nd on you can assign your ticket. If you already know, who’s going to replace you, you can use directly the assignment-blank, which can be found on our website.

If you do not know anybody, who likes to have the ticket, then you can search and find someone at the ticket-market on our website.

In both cases we do have to prepare new personalization-stickers. Those will be dispatched until June, 15th 2012. After that deadline we forward only pdf-documents via e-mail. With those printed (!) documents and under presentation of an ID card the new personalization-sticker can be picked up at the embassy. Surely that procedure is a little bureaucratic but together we will maneuver you through that part of the story!

The assignment costs a lump-sum of 10,- € as arrangement fee.

Shipping

The tickets will be staggered shipped between April 30th and May 2nd 2012 via certified letter. That should prevent that overstrained postal workers instead of delivering the letters just send them back. We will see how that will work!

Even if it makes sense to you, the merging of several orders unfortunately will not be possible.

Where is my Ticketletter?

It is the 5th of May and you still haven’t received your ticket? Then quickly go to your postal office to check if your letter is there!

Please note that the shipping inside the EU (depending from your location) can possibly take more than two days. If you haven´t received anything after 7 days- please get back to us.

If there’s no letter for you either in your mailbox or in your postal office then please turn yourself immediately to us! Because then we have to deposit a request for investigation. The faster we do that the more probable it will be, that we can solve your problem before the festival starts!

Authorization

For the receipt of the ticket as certified mail you can name a trustful person. To that person you have to guarantee access to your mailbox and you must authorize that person (normally an informal letter with your name and your address and a copy of your ID-card).
